I'm running out of fertile years. Do I get pregnant even if I don't feel ready? I don't want to lose the opportunity. Unfortunately for women, their fertile years start declining after 30. INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI) TREATMENT What is IUI Treatment Intrauterine insemination is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm inside a woman’s uterus around the time of ovulation to facilitate fertilization.
